What started your love patroclus and achiles?
We studied the Iliad during 11th grade (about 2-3 years ago) and it just spiraled from there
Hellooo! I just wanted to ask what inspired your artstyle (If there are any) and how u draw so well!! :DD
I used to copy or at least try to implement other artists' artstyles on my art sometimes by zooming in to their pieces, and have a LOT of inspiration. Wolfythewitch, nikoisme, buggeeart, etc. but I think the one that defined my style was Attack on Titan since I loved looking at the art of the manga

how do you stylise??? i never do anything new with my art bc idk how to make it match my style and i love your art so im wondering how you would add something into your art that you’ve never specifically drawn before, particularly a feature on a person like a nose or a foot that kinda has to have a certain shape but is also pretty diverse? idk thanks.
Ouhh I saw this late! But I mostly found my style by copying my references during practice! Like the nose, my Pinterest is practically full of "curved nose" "sharp greek nose" and I just try to copy the lines! Tracing the picture could help, but I recommend copying it so you could get used to the curvature of the shapes!! Another example for feet, I really just google my references such as "different feet reference/angles" and If I can't find the exact ref I needed, I just photobash my references/liquify them to get the brief shapes of the thing or part I want to draw.
To familiarize myself with styles or features I'm unfamiliar with, I just bear it and step out of my comfort zone because the more I draw one thing, the more confident I get drawing it again!
I don't understand what patroclus did and it was so horrid in order to deserve his death..
He was a well loved man in the Iliad, but he still partook in slavery and had bed slaves of his own (and that he raped too) with one named Iphis of Skyros (NOT the Scyros where Achilles disguised himself) mentioned in book 9 of the Iliad where he "slept" with her the same time Achilles and Diomede of Lesbos.
And even if he disagreed and begged Achilles to come back to war, he still enabled Achilles' withdrawal causing many more deaths with the Greeks
Also, technically he was at war, but some of brutal deaths among Trojans in the Iliad happened in book 16 when Patroclus fought them.
