They’ve made a list and checked it twice. Two of the vault crew are making their exit, per the rules. They’re stocked up and ready to see what the wide worlds have in store for them!
Inspired by the inventory system in Sons of the Forest, which I’ve been playing a lot recently with my husband and a couple of our friends, where you just kind of sprawl your tarp out over the ground and pick through everything. Same as the first game, it’s iconic, I love it.

I have to be honest with y’all, though. I hate the vault. It was fun to build and decorate and then play in, for about two weeks, and then I was sick of missing out on socialization and traveling and sending my sims to work etc etc etc.
I am putting the vault on hiatus for now to experience actual gameplay and sunshine again, with these two packed and ready sims. I’ve had this planned for a while. (Tbh I was waiting on the suitcases and sleeping bags!) Maybe I’ll come back to it one day, maybe I won’t. I’m building a world in keeping with some sort of vault scenario storyline for them now....I guess?? Maybe I’ll play it kind of like a BACC. Idk, we’ll see what happens. I just can’t stay locked underground anymore. I apologize for people who were enjoying the posts. I built a little underground bunker in Strangerville, where the Information Center used to be. At the moment it’s the home of 6 sims. I wonder if people would be interested in some kind of Vault Survival Kind of challenge, maybe with Sacrificial’s Zombie Apocalypse mod?
Let me know if it’s something you would watch! I think I might do it, just need to eliminate a few bugs, maybe clear out my mods folder or something.
