Dean had been bleeding out and broken, and Cas had poured everything he had within him into making that all go away. And even though Cas maybe couldn’t fully heal him, couldn’t erase the source of the spasms and aches, Dean was fine with it.

Hell, he is fine with it.

Dean can handle how his knee creaks whenever the weather changes. He can handle the dull throb that builds as the day goes on, his thigh begging him to rest after he’s been up on it for an hour or two.

He’s fine with it all.
