Art mutuals remember I'm more scared of you than you'll ever be of me
I was so starved for Lao/SEA representation (WE STILL DONT HAVE IT, OR AT LEAST NOT VERY GOOD ONES) back in the day that when I started watching ATLA and saw Zuko and Iroh (and the rest of the fire Nation characters) my brain just kind of just immediately assumed that they were Thai or Lao regardless of if their names didn't show that they were these ethnicities because I just immediately assumed these guys were South East Asian since red + gold is very common in these cultures. Like Azula and Zuko are Thai, Ty Lee is Lao, Mai is like Vietnamese, Zhao is like Thai/Khmer and it just never occurred to me that??? They're not???
A really cool thing I noticed in Tlok is that the Dai Li still opt for the half shaved queue as in their hairstyle, so the dressing conduct for new agents is to have their hair long in a traditional fashion.

People are STILL fighting over whether Zutara or Kataang is better?
Hot take I cannot be the only one who thinks the amount of effort you put into your commissions should be on or near the same level as your personal art and if you can't do that you shouldn't be doing commissions because you're basically falsely advertising that your services are going to produce the same modicum of quality as the art that has garnered commission requests from you.
I will NOT delete any of my artworks or deactivate my account because I don't know what my work means to someone out there, what if 5 years from now they try to find my account and there is nothing there? It doesn't matter if I don't draw art for the fandoms I'm in anymore or if I don't post anymore or if I find my old art cringe and embarrassing; I'd hate to do that to them.
