It's alive! Taking a .025" cut on some 4140, which is rather noisey. Despite its rough appearance when I first got it, after a quick bath and clean up, it appears to be in good condition. Switched the tool around, behind the fulcrum, and did a little bit different grind on the tool bit=much quieter! .025" depth of cut and .040" step over.
