"But we did not even get to relax.", Vel crosses her arms.

"Verily.", Vania nods.

"You make even me cower, master.", Aku narrows his eyes.

"There is work to do. We could not afford more free time.", Vania turns to face them.

"And what would that be?", a pout puffs up Vel's lips.

"Aku, tonight you are to secure Aky, that anomaly, and bring her here. Dearest, you are to accompany him and ensure a smooth operation.", Vania's pierces through the both of them.

The central light fades, the glass bursts, and the rings crumble. The core lets out one last bright flash before it detonates.

Vania's body and the remnants get engulfed in the explosion, turning to nothingness.

Vel's spacial arm fades with her core.

"...Yes.", Vania responds as her eyelids flutter open.

"I am glad.", Vel wraps her arm around the woman's neck, bringing her close.

"I can fulfil my promise now, if need be.", Vania lays her hand on Vel's shoulddf.

"So, this is what it was about...", Vel lowers her head with a smile on her lips.

"Indeed.", Vania let's go. "But we have a vacation right now, have we not?", she turns towards the cabin.

"Verily.", Vel is quick to follow. "Come, Aku!", she glances back.

"Now it is fair, except I am left handed while you are right handed.", Vania holds Vel's right arm in her left hand.

"Not quite, I am ambidextrous.", a purple cloud mixed with blue and white specks forms in the shape of a solid arm from Vel's shoulder.

("15 seconds... I'll lose even if her time expires."), Vania's lips part to form a wide grin.

Vel suddenly steps on thin air, stopping her fall without a single drop of sweat.

Vania brings her knees to her chest and kicks, launching herself at Vel. She thrusts her head forward once close enough.

Vel doesn't even do as much as step out of the way. She spins gracefully in the air, ending it with an axe kick.

The force stops their descent as if hitting a hard floor. Vania's back intercepts it, arching with a loud crack.

Vania spreads her legs and stretches her arm, gesturing for the woman to come.

Vel crouches and jumps high in the sky, shattering the floor underneath them.

Vania balances herself and uses a chunk to leap away from the unstable footing.

Vel's axe kick descends like a hydrogen bomb. It forms a vortex that displaces and swirls the debris as it descends.

Upon landing, the impact shakes the whole realm like an earthquake and launches shards from the ground.

Vania weaves through the debris, kicking Vel's chest through a shard with her knee. She catches up and grabs her mid-air by the arm, slamming her.

Vania gets lifted off the ground due to the sheer impact.
