Loki's dialogue here about knowing Shirahoshi for a "long time" have already been explained as insufficient translation. Something which has happened many times before because Japanese is a hard language to convert to english
At the most I can see Oda having them talk for 1, maybe 2 years.
Not only are these two likely reincarnated lovers, but ofc Oda would write two future lovers having that "I feel like I've known you my whole life" type of vibe. That line isn't literal.
Loki is not only extremely dramatic, but extremely lonely. Ofc he would talk about his ONLY friend like this. He's being VULNERABLE. He's telling Mosa how impractful her presence in his life has been.
It's genuinely crazy to me you think Oda would have Shirahoshi's future husband be trying to rizz her up at like 6-10 years when Oda wrote Vander Decking as a creep who ruined her life in that same fucking age range 🙃
