He’s probably internally just like, “it’s not real until you are willing to stand ten toes down and fight for him. So I guess I’ll just wait here until Mok’s and your jealousy (over my approval of TheePeach) finally gets the better of you, and you throw caution to the wind. Until you both can look me in my eyes and say that the other is your person… *sigh*”

Just waiting for his kids to figure out their love lives, all the while keeping his cards close to his chest…

I love unhinged dropout, I love storytelling and adventuring dropout, I love nerdy dropout, and I really love sentimental dropout.

Like, he’ll be on ER or like Falling Skies and then be chaotic as fuck as the Librarian.

He’ll be in the Pitt and then be chaotic as fuck in Leverage Redemption.

I enjoy it.

Sometimes, when he’s all serious for a show, I put my hands on my hips and think, “looks like someone needs to go do a DDevlin show/movie.”

I imagine both types of roles are rewarding… but there’s nothing like being a fucking manic maniac for a few 45-60 minute episodes to really cut loose.

I’m ready for Leverage Redemption to return.

Peem leans down to kiss Khem’s wedding ring.

Like, obviously we know this.

I just think it’s a choice, because it wouldn’t change the scene too much if he had raised Khem’s hand to his lips.

The difference between the two things isn’t visually all that different.

But by leaning down it evokes an image of Peem’s love being like that of a man worshipping at an altar.

And that kind of love truly makes sense for the shaman with his husband.

This was a guy who was wrecked completely by the death of Khem in their past lives, who due to that and a promise to his grandfather held himself back from the one thing he wanted.

The person who he didn’t think he was going to be able to save and keep.

And yet, somehow they made it to the other side.

They not only finally got married but they also adopted the two souls who had kept Peem company for many years, that he had never wanted to let go of.

So of course he leans down to kiss the ring…

He’s in love, he’s awed, and he’s so incredibly thankful that he gets to have this life.

And I love that.

Ask a Thai drama about being injured but released from the hospital, and you’re going to be basically good as new in hours.

Like, you’re just resting your chin on your wrist?

Also, we all know that if you really didn’t want him to put that ring on your finger, you could have tensed your body and prevented him from moving your arm so easily.

I mean, look at how malleable he is here!
