PbP players, what does your ideal game setup look like?
We’ve been getting more requests for PbP focused features in GhoulApp and we want to hear how you actually play.

We added Ghoul, Revenant & Mortal character creation to GhoulApp
Hey everyone! We just rolled out an update for GhoulApp that brings full character creation for Ghouls, Revenants, and Mortals.
The sheets now automatically adapt to your chosen character type, dropping Kindred-specific mechanics like Hunger and Generation, and replacing them with necessary trackers like Domitor bonds or Revenant Families. Whether you want to run them as fully playable characters or easily import them as NPCs, they are completely integrated into the Chronicle system for your table.

Alongside the new character types, we are introducing the "Facade" system, which lets you actively disguise your character sheet. You can disguise everything from your Clan and Generation down to your disciplines and stats; the rest of the coterie will only see the mask you've created while playing a chronicle, while you and your Storyteller always see the real data underneath.
Storytellers can also use this to hide NPC identities, clans, sect etc. And you have full control in the settings to toggle the entire disguise system on or off for your game. We added Ghoul character creator to our website

Vampire: The Masquerade - Bound by Blood is coming to D&D Beyond
The Unholy Alliance In a move that has sent shockwaves through the tabletop ecosystem, the veil between the World of Darkness and the Multiverse has finally been torn asunder. Paradox Interactive and Wizards of the Coast have confirmed that Vampire: The Masquerade – Bound by Blood will officially launch on the D&D Beyond platform in July 2026. This isn't just a digital release; it is a fundamental reconfiguration of the industry’s two most powerful pillars.
Bridging the Mechanics For decades, the d20 system and the Storyteller system existed in parallel dimensions—one rooted in heroic high fantasy, the other in the visceral, personal horror of the night. Bound by Blood represents the bridge. While specific mechanical nuances are being held under a shroud of secrecy, the integration implies a streamlined compatibility that allows DMs to weave Kindred lore directly into the infrastructure of D&D Beyond’s digital toolset. Whether it’s a Malkavian haunting the streets of Waterdeep or a full-scale conversion of the Hunger mechanics into 5th Edition's framework, the implications for cross-genre play are limitless. The Strategic Play The partnership marks a definitive moment for D&D Beyond. By hosting White Wolf’s flagship IP, the platform is evolving from a single-game repository into a universal hub for premium RPG experiences. For White Wolf, the move offers an unprecedented pipeline to the largest player base in the world. It is a calculated gamble on "internet-native" play—centralized, digital, and seamlessly accessible. The Rotten Usagi Perspective This is more than a licensing deal; it is a cultural synthesis. The "Bound by Blood" moniker suggests a narrative focus on the lineage and the inherent curse of the vampiric condition, retooled for an audience that demands high-fidelity digital support. As we look toward July 2026, the question isn't just how these games will play together, but how the influx of Gothic Horror will darken the bright corners of traditional high fantasy. The sun is setting on the exclusivity of the Forgotten Realms.
