Pokémon;

Valtryek ( PONYTA - ✨ )

Valt’s first official pokemon, he received his Ponyta when he was 10 years old. Lucky he , his Ponyta is rare, and decided to put him a name: Valtryek. He has done multiple beginner battles with Valtryek, and so enthusiastic to enter the nationals. Both are very united.

EEVEE –> JOLTEON

This eevee has been on Valt’s family before he was even 10 years old, but it only became Valt’s offical pokemon when it encouraged Valt to catch it, just after the local tournament ended. Valt then gave his Eevee a thunderstone in hopes for it to evolve, which it accepted and evolved into Jolteon enthusiasticly.

BUDEW –> ROSELIA

Valt got his Roselia when it was still a little Budew, his mom gave it to him when she found it in a store alone. He cared for it very much, making sure it was fed and happy, it evolved into Roselia near the semifinals of the local tournament. Roselia has been quite more calmly than the other pokemon of Valt, but it is strong too.

LUXIO

He found this Luxio on his way home hurt, so he took it home with him! Even if he got scratches, the Luxio was feeling better and luckily became part of his small team! Luxio became protective over Valt overtime.

Season 2

Valtryek (RAPIDASH - ✨)

Valtryek had evolved right after losing to Silas’s Spiritomb; Satomb, filled with encouragemnt, and determination to beat it the next time. Also thanks to Raul’s training, Valtryek is as strong as ever.

JOLTEON

Jolteon has been a loyal pokemon to Valt, aswell as naughty, but it has been always by Valt’s side. And it will, forever and ever. Valt swore be together at Jolteon’s side too.

ROSERADE

Valt’s Roselia had evolved when BC Sol was in their worst moment, using the Sun stone that was on Kris’s office (with permission of her), to become stronger, to keep the team united, alongside Valt.

LUXRAY

Luxio evolved into Luxray when having a battle inside The Snake Pit, encouraged to be come stronger and to protect his trainer. Even though they lost at the Snake Pit, it didnt lose hope to become stronger and help Valt with his goal.

ELECTRIKE –> MANECTRIC

Valt found it when it was still a Electrike, in Spain, he decided to take it with him to grow his team and be able to enter any other tournament. In the Europe league, it evolved into Manectric and soon after Valt got a Manectricite.

RUFFLET –> BRAVIARY

Valt rescued it from The Snake Pit, healed it and reserved it for a time, it grew love for Valt and soon after became part of his team, being officially his sixth member. Rufflet wasn't good on battles, but it was always enthusiastic to learn how to fight like Valt’s other pokemon, evolving into Braviary as a last hope of fight against the Raging Bulls.

And now, why did i chose those pokemon? Mostly because i believe Valt would be like Ash Ketchum, catching any pokemon to become friends with along his journey, and i think he’d also have a different team almost every season but with the same main.

Now, i chose Rapidash as his main pokemon because Valkyrie/Valtryek is, well, inspired on the Valkyries of norse mythology, tho they are often related to avians, i chose Rapidash because they also show Valkyries ride horses or pegasus to fight. And in the series, Valkyrie/Valtryek is known for being very fast , Rapidash is also a fast Pokemon. And also decided to make it shiny to resemble more Valkyrie/Valtryek’s avatar in the beyblade series.
