TS4 Washington's Headquarters - 30x20* (NO CC)
Washington's Headquarters at Valley Forge, built as accurately as possible in the Sims 4! This was the site of General Washington's command post and living quarters, where he and his aides-de-camp stayed during the winter encampment of 1777-78.
I visited the Valley Forge National Historical Park and tried to recreate the headquarters as faithfully as possible, though some areas were not open to the public (like the basement cellar, which is where I included a full bath for Sim functionality; I assume it was intended for storage), and I had to make the hallway larger to fit the stairs (the real house is very small!).

Lee - Are you aware of what will that display!? It will leave the Congress in dismay!
Hamilton - I will not let more men die because you got cold feet!
Lafayette - Gentleman do not let the conversation rise up in heat ...
Hamilton - Lafayette, don't tell me you agree with him?!
Lafayette - As much as the situation in here might be grim–
Hamilton - Grim? I've seen men get thorn limb by limb!
Lee - And yet you still want to venture out in there...
Hamilton - I can't just forever sit in the same chair, waiting for the final glare of death once they discover our lair!
Lee - No one is stopping you, just leave if you so please.
Hamilton - Did bunch of bees get stuck in your ears?
Lafayette - Alexander, I hate to agree with Lee but we cannot leave, not now that is.
Hamilton - is it because of that letter of his?
Lafayette - please...
Hamilton - Then we stay.
Hamilton - But we will still have to leave one day.
