Renew AU

Showing how Luke and Vader basically look/dress like for the AU. The pic on the right shows the scarf Vader wears when they're out and about, while the left is them trying to figure out where to head to next.

((Shopping with Vader for new clothes had been one of the most surreal moments of Luke's life, thus far. Having Vader help pick him out clothes and get dressed was one thing, but Luke can't be help be but amazed with how gentle and careful his father is with him now.))

((Of course there was that one amusing moment when it came for Vader to pick out his own clothes. Of course the man had picked all black at first, but Luke earnestly insisted he add some color in his clothes, lest he stick out like a sore thumb.))

((While there are moments where Luke has to put on a more kiddish act, more often than not, his is ignored by most adults. It's a bit insulting and Luke can't help but feel slightly hurt by it. Thankfully his father more than makes up for this, as the man seems to take in every word he says like a man dying of thirst. Always listening quietly and intently, silently begging to know more about him.))

((Seeing Luke so young and vulnerable quickly makes Vader discard his plan on training the youth in the ways of the Sith. He would rather die, or even take another plunge into the volcanic pits of Mustafar, than see his son tainted by darkness, like him.))

So I had this idea where Emperor Palpatine ruled the universe and he found child!Anakin and raised him his whole life to be his perfect right hand/fist. But only a few years after Anakin was old enough to begin performing his duties, Palpatine's rule collapses because Sith!Obi-Wan skips in and kills him. Now, Emperor Obi-Wan thinks Darth Vader would be a very useful weapon to have at his own disposal.
