Vacation Bodyweight Workout... 1) Jump Lunges x 10 each 2) Pull-ups x5 (final round to controlled failure, leaving 1-2 in the tank) 3) Hanging Leg or Knee Raises x10 4) Pistol Squats x5 each leg (I cheated using 8lbs DBs for a little counterbalance 😜) 5) Plyo Pushups / Pushups x10 reps (then to controlled failure with pushups) 6) Roll calves to improve pistol & recover btw rounds Perform 3-5 Rounds Allow your breathing to normalize btw exercise. Band and bodyweight workout #2. All you need is your body, a little bitty bit of space, and bands. Make sure your bands have the doorstop tool. Comes in super handy. Need tools? Go to my website... I have everything you need which you can order directly from Amazon. If you have prime you'll get it in 2 days! Let me know what you think and if you tried the workout. Perform 3-4 sets of all 3 stations with moderate resistance. Don't worry about getting it wrong... Just try it. If one band is too easy get a stronger one. The body weight component still makes the entire workout challenging. I recommend 20-30 minutes of cardio before and/or after.
