Amazon assumes that if someone needs packages delivered to the lower levels, that indicates a disability. This seems presumptuous and unfair to people with disabilities and short people.

BBB seems to have forgotten the user was logged in. Instead, its making them fill this out ALL OVER AGAIN. And on top of that, they want CONFIRM EMAIL? SIGH. Fail.
NO InstaCart. Glade air freshener is NOT related to Sanders fine chocolate! WTF! Worst recommendation ever. Just cause it has the word ‘fine’ in it, does not mean its the same. UGH.
2017 is gonna be the year of #ux pet peeves. I can feel it! This time by beef is with @twitter. You ever retweet something by accident or just immediately regret it after? The ellipsis dot dot dot thing does NOT have an erase function as you may have thought. I had to google how to erase a retweet (bottom image). This is a shitty user experience. While clicking the retweet make some sense, its not intuitive. Erase is more logical. Happy tweeting!
And there you have it, yet ANOTHER @meetup UX fail. At this point they should just dismantle the whole thing and start over. The rebranding feels like putting lipstick on a pig even though the design is nice.
This particular thing is also a HUGE pet peeve of mine. Often companies add Twitter options to their pages. For those who actually take out the time to pull in the event title and the info, I give them kudos. Many times they go over the character limit and I have to re-write their own Tweets.
In the case of MeetUp, they never bother to put in the event name or any info into their tweet. No date, no timing no title, nothing the user would want to know. I do not know what is happening with them as a company but it seems like they are not super interested in their user’s needs.

AFAR @afarhighlights strikes again! Anyone else having trouble reading this? #ux #uxfail #uxsnob #legibility. Its sad because AFAR has pretty good content and overall a pretty good site, but oversights like this (and the pagination issue in the previous post) are totally avoidable. Can we please have a LEGIBLE web?
Why bother telling me then? By golly does Outlook suck sometimes! #uxfail #badux #uxsnob #errorstate
