It's been a long while since I've used this account, but I felt motivated to post after finally feeling up to reading the birthday fic that LB wrote me. This is truly a post dedicated to LB, who, despite my many shortcomings, has stuck by me and has been an amazing friend and confidant during some of the lowest, darkest moments of my life. And even though in the past months there have been long stretches when I couldn't bring myself to reach out, she still kept me going with her messages and words of encouragement. She means so much to me, and I was suddenly hit with a wave of emotion reading this fic as it showcases how much she cares and pays attention when I share my interests, since they are somehow all incorporated as Easter Eggs in this fantastic work. Please give it a read; you will absolutely not regret it, and also, I am shamelessly a die-hard promoter of the UvoShal ship despite its unpopularity. Thanks to LB, I now own a UvoShal doujin which I will protect with my LIFE.

Thank you, LB, for being the kind-hearted, authentic, and caring person you are, and I am lucky to have both come across your works and have been brazen enough to reach out. I'm so happy that I pushed through these past trying months, and I am just so grateful to you and the foreseeable future, where I can hopefully begin inching myself back into fandom. I can't wait to finally dig into UCO !!!!!!

Also, @shent-shent TYSM for the considerate bday wishes and AMAZING art you sent me - I was regrettably not fit enough to muster a response, but it meant so much, especially in that moment. During that time, I was too sick to type, but I must admit, motivated by you, I began handwriting that fic, so I have not given up !!! I have recently converted it to my laptop and plan to continue working on it bit by bit !! I'm so happy that you're still creating, and you are such an invaluable talent. I'm always thinking about you <3
