Okay so first of all afterlife where the voids got adopted (reluctantly) by utsuro and became the children of utsuro once more (it was akanes idea) Domestic au where utsuro gets his luck more under control and the two slowly become less codependent on each other

Adding onto that utsuro gets sick for the first time (after his luck is fully/mostly in his control he finds out hes immunocompromised) & akane helps him understand that this is NORMAL for humans sometimes bc utsuros parents were neglectful and akane has knowledge from the orphanage.

Akane can carry utsuro due to that being the only way to get him out of bed in the mornings during the worst of his depression

Akane's abandonment issues lessen as utsuro gets in touch with his humanity and his attempts get more infrequent

very little pda as time goes on and boundaries are established and stabilized
