π - Most Goetic families live here, including the Copteri - the largest and most affluent within Hell
π - The government is split between Sinners and Hellborn, with the royal family presiding over all.
Major Overlords are carefully picked by the King himself, as he ensures those who are in power have the ability to rule but are not dangers to all of Hell (there, ideally, should be no Vox incidents within this Hell). if he senses anything of the sort, they are killed and replaced immediately.
Some Overlords, upon special request, are granted the ability to have children, given to them by satria. this ensures the overlords in power, who are loyal to him, continue to swear their fealty and urge their kin to do the same
This plan doubles as a honeypot for nefarious Hierarchy. Some demons with plans to overtake Hell have slipped through the cracks before, attempting to amass power through broadening their lineage, and Satria has been sharp enough to catch all such vagrants before they can start an uprising.
π - Keeping lower caste demons as pets is seen as a symbol of status. Only the rich can afford this casual luxury, and there are several shops where you can attain a trained Imp/Hound servant or pet
An Imp or a Hound that is picked out to be such a pet is often viewed favorably, seeing as how you need good genes and better manners to be picked. these lines may be bred through generations, with the same stock being the pets and servants of specific noble families for hundreds of years
The same shops and centers that provide Imps and Hounds for noble families are the places where corrections, if any, are to be made
There is an underground sex ring, made up of nobles and their lesser caste pets, that enjoy master/slave dynamics. secretive orgies are often thrown in the basements of some affluent noble's homes - though these accusations are never stated in public. to voice it would be to bring shame to yourself and your house
Conversely, many small groups of Imps and Hounds find it disgusting how their people are treated in pride. they try to free their compatriots, but are often met with disappointment at the contentment their fellows have
π - Sinners do not need to eat to survive. The act of consuming and drinking is a luxury item/past time.
Howeverβ¦if Sinners go without eating/drinking for too long, they are susceptible to madness of the mind and body. no one knows how or why this phenomena occurs, only that it is very problematic when it does
π - Hellhounds within this ring are highly susceptible to being used for product testing - from the magical to the mundane. This can lead to mutations and early death.
