#useful tools

I'm not used to share apps, but if you live in the magical world where things literally disappear or become invisible (it's called ADHD World), this one can help you. My main problem is that if I don't see a thing, it doesn't exist. Try to picture what a pantry or a fridge could be with a problem like this. And putting the paper list in plain sight? Totally useless, because paper is virtually invisible, trust me.

This app has notification one week and few days before the product expires, is cute, easy to read and you can share your lists with the people you live with.

Extremely useful. 100% recommend. Also, even if you forget what you're doing (like checking the pantry), at least someone else can start where you stopped.

Anyone who's written a book knows that marketing it is the hardest part. Don't know if this book will be of any use at all, but as an ADHD person who absolutely is not going to do spreadsheets and things you have to update daily, 5 minutes a day sounds like my speed.

And this book is currently, as of 29 April 2021, FREE on Amazon US. I don't know how long for, or if it's free anywhere else. Might be one day, might be more. It's only 40-something pages so isn't going to take long to read, either.

And, even if it isn't any good... FREE.

I'll review it in a couple days when I've had a chance to look through!
