The Ghost Elf and his spectral crew are wreaking havoc across the vast Sundering Seas. Admiral Veanelen is on a mission to keep the waters safe for all. However, she soon uncovers a concealed agenda behind the reports of piracy, revealing a bigger danger to the free peoples of Middle-earth.

For a group of semi-nomadic outlaws, these Uruk pirates have a well developed parliamentary democracy. This means that not even their immortal forefather and deified leader can simply relocate them and change their lifestyle without contention.

It's been a minute! The Moot chapter is taking longer than any of us expected, but it will be worth it. In the meantime, we offer you an amuse-bouche.

When the Uruk fleet took over lord Elön Mírener's pleasure barge, they found a group of sex workers hiding from the raiders. Since the adults refused the offer to join the Uruk in their new home, someone had to take them back to shore but, with the Moot so close, the Falmari Admiral agrees to deliver them on their way to Alqualondë.

The only problem is that Veanelen is banned in Númenor and the Merchant Guild is searching for her.
