The concrete canyons at night
Late night wanderings through the heart of the city. I love standing on these footbridges because they offer the perfect vantage point to capture Hong Kong’s vertical scale. Standing here right by the Bank building, looking down at Connaught Road Central as it heads toward Central, the architecture just frames the night sky so beautifully.
The contrast between the cool blue windows of the skyscrapers, the warm golden glow from the street level, and the steady stream of traffic cutting through the concrete canyons—this is the exact rhythm that makes shooting HK at night so addictive.
