I've been ruminating on a Fire Emblem: Three Houses crossover where the Express crashes but the POV is mostly from the fe3h characters having some new crisis every time the astral express gang accidentally drops lore about the universe, completely derailing the fe3h plot as a result. Smash cut occasionally to the star rail gang being like "yippee we're not fucking up first contact this time!" for comedic effect. I can't decide whether or not I want it to be 100% funnies or an actual plot driven AU, bc the bits I come up with lean very crack-y but the implications of the star rail cosmology applied to fe3h as a pre-spacefaring civilization in the hsr universe would go so hard. The many, many crises of religion from the fe3h characters would be so funny. In any series with dragon people, I always think "how can I use this to put Dan Heng in Situations?" I like thinking about crossovers so this has bothered me for a long time, I cannot wrap my head around how the Imaginary Tree works in the hoyoverse. I understand the general concept, but I guess something with how its "leaves" are described just does not click for me, so I have helpfully drawn a shitty infographic of what I am confused about
