北海道深川市のさんだかん燻製工房、隔月に京都大丸へ出店される。社長とは偶然Facebookで知りあったのだが、安心美味の無添加ソーセージ・ベーコン・ハム、いまでは我が家の食卓を構成する重要な柱となっている。朝一番で定番商品を仕入れたのだが、お土産に＜サッポロクラシック（北海道限定ビール）＞と＜深川ラーメン＞をいただいた。申し訳ないけどどちらも大好物、Ｉ社長、いつもありがとうございます！
