Hellboy: Web of Wyrd releases today for the PS4, PS5, Xbox Series/One, Switch and Steam.
So... it has been a little bit since Riot Games had the mass lay-offs and closed down Riot Forge. Let me just say that the closing of Riot Forge sucks, majorly. Of the games I played, I really liked their output. Ruined King is awesome, and while over the course of playing it I just grew to both love and hate Convergence but overall it was still a fun experience.
I know they still got Bandle Tale coming out, which will be the last Riot Forge game, I think. So I just wanted to speak quickly of an idea I think could have been cool to see if Riot Forge had not been closed.
An isometric twin-stick shooter starring Graves and Twisted Fate.
I've been doing some reading on the characters cause I think they seem genuinely interesting. A game starring them on their adventures could be so interesting. As a fan of Darksiders Genesis my first thought is get Airship Syndicate to do the game I suggest, but I do think getting a different developer would work too. I'm thinking Upstream Arcade, the people behind West of Dead and Hellboy: Web of Wyrd. Mostly because of the former than the latter.
Maybe with Riot working on projects outside of their usual multi-player wheelhouse we could hopefully get something like this, but I'm not holding my breath.
Would any of you wish for this too? Or do you have ideas for what other characters could have gotten their own game? Which character and what kind of game?

Overview
About
Roguelite action adventure.
Hellboy: Web of Wyrd is a third-person roguelite action adventure with an original story created in partnership with Dark Horse Comics and creator Nike Nignola.
An Authentic Hellboy Experience
Developed by Upstream Arcade, Hellboy: Web of Wyrd is an original story created in partnership with Dark Horse Comics and creator Mike Mignola. This roguelite action adventure game features monstrous toe-to-toe brawling. Like the comics, the game sends Hellboy on a series of vastly different and wholly unique adventures; and while those stories stand on their own, they are all tied to the mysterious legacy of The Butterfly House.
The Story
Built in 1962 by occultist Pasquale Deneveaux, The Butterfly House is more than a mere residence; it’s a gateway. Its perverse angles and non-Euclidean geometries were designed with a singular foul purpose in mind: to open doorways into a terrible and fascinating dimension called The Wyrd.
Twenty years later, an agent of the B.P.R.D. is sent on a reconnaissance mission to the mansion and promptly goes missing. It’s up to you—Hellboy—and your team of Bureau agents to find your missing colleague and uncover the secrets of The Butterfly House.
During the investigation, you will explore wondrous and strange planes of existence contained within The Wyrd, each one home to powerful monsters, forgotten godforms, magnificent treasures, and powerful secrets. But be warned, because ancient evil stagnates within the furthest reaches of The Wyrd… evil that is eager to be let out.
Key Features
Art Style – A graphical style that evokes the original art style of the comics and makes every moment of the game look – and feel – like it was ripped straight from the comic books. Combat – An unique roguelite Action Adventure with heavy-weight combat. Chain together hard-hitting melee and ranged attacks to fight a diverse array of increasingly nightmarish enemies. Adventure – A narrative true to the spirit of the comics, tying together several independent stories into one unified Hellboy experience.

West of Dead (2020)
West of Dead - Review
There is one big differentiating factor with West of Dead compared to others in its genre. West of Dead is a far slower-paced experience. In every room you enter, you must properly use destructible cover in order to survive. Not using cover will lead to death quickly.
This means that gunfights rely on timing, quick thinking and proper strategical planning. It’s a more methodical experience and a little less twitch-based. I found it to be a nice welcome change of pace.
Since the game is slower-paced, runs feel lengthy. This is exasperated by the fact that the game relies heavily on exploring each area completely before moving onto new ones.
Completely exploring each area is a must, because to do otherwise puts you at a huge disadvantage. Not finding the two stat upgrade stations to enhance weapon damage or health makes for a tougher experience.
