"I just don't know where to start . . . " I hear this all the time from potential new clients and I always tell them the same thing: 𝗬𝗢𝗨'𝗥𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗔𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗘!!! When I first stepped into a gym back in 2007, I knew how to use a treadmill and that was it. To start with I would only go when I knew Mr D would be there so that he could show me the ropes, and then I started to talk to the trainers in there to get a better understanding of what I needed to do to reach my goals. Eventually I invested in a PT, to help me learn more about what worked for my body. All of these things helped me get a step closer to where I am today. But it was only when I invested in an online coach I really started to make progress • You see a PT is great, but you only get 1 or 2 hours of their time a week ... with an online coach, it's like having a PT in your pocket 24-hours a day, 7-days a week, 365-days a year.
