Recycled leadlight glass! New materials for upcycled jewellery.... Beautiful textured vintage glass pieces Salvaged from old windows Specially cut and edged in copper I purchased these beautiful pieces today @hartley_hallmarkets From an artisan who refused to be named And insisted on only being called "the idiot at Harley", saying that everyone would know who he was. I believe in credit, so I'm planning on making upcycled jewellery with this beautiful pieces of glass, and I want to recognise the origins of not only where the materials come from, but also all the people involved in making new art and saving such gorgeous colour from being totally lost to time. We don't make beautiful glass windows using these colours and patterns anymore, and when these things are replaced they seem to be lost forever.
