Last year, I was fortunate to fufill a lifelong dream - directing motion capture! And even better, it was in service of LAZZO! Lazzo is an upcoming animated short, where JJ Schaeffer returns to play our fan favorite character in his own new, original world.
This is a nutshell look at Lazzo's production from directing the mocap stage with Neil Newbon, to the massive amount of work I'm doing in Unreal to bring this film to the finish line. When will I be finished? Too early to say - but I hope to bring the film exclusively to Octopunx TV and the film festival circuit later this year. For now, enjoy this BTS and stay tuned!
