I downloaded the STL of Sora’s KH2 game model, separated out just his head, and then merged that file with a scan of an impression of the inside of an unoa faceplate. I mostly did it in blender, tho I also used exocad (dental design software) for some bits here and there. Then I printed that faceplate in dental resin… along with his keyblade (it’s been long enough since I did all this that I can’t remember the specific file I used for the keyblade. I got it off thingiverse and scaled it down to the right size). Ta-da, Sora’s face snaps into place on a second hand unoa boy, I’ve got a Sora bjd! Painted the keyblade with metallic paints, wrapped the handle with black mini grosgrain ribbon (the keychain is still in progress, I didn’t want to print a Mickey Mouse head at that scale, it would’ve been difficult to post-process, so I’m making it out of apoxie sculpt). It is, tbh, kind of a complete accident that he’s able to hold the keyblade like that. Also I think in theory it should be a bit bigger than it is… I’m not really clear on how big the keyblade is ^_^;; The jinbei and the wrap shorts I basically eyeballed after looking up some patterns and sewed completely by hand. The wig was way more complicated than it probably needed to be, I wrapped his head with plastic wrap and then tape and cut that into a pattern, and since Sora’s hair goes all different directions, I cut the pieces out with the direction of the fur in mind. Then I cut it a lot and combed it and styled it with water and it somehow really worked out!

The way I see it, this is probably what Pebbles might dress like if she was a human born into a more modern alternate universe instead of her actual life where she's an oracle living in a forest cabin. She looks quite cute like this too :)
