Twisted Wonderland x Opposite You
Opposite You: What if something that made you who you are today was different. What if you were the opposite of who you are.
Something I have been thinking about this morning, how the boys would be different in this universe but at the same what qualities do they share with the boys we know.
From the top of my head (I haven't thought in-depth on this Au, so I don't fully understand), Deuce is a honor student wanting to be rough like a delinquent. He grew up as a kid who took his studies seriously, but couldn't defend himself when trouble came. His mother cried in worry for her son's safety, so Deuce decided to get stronger and be able to defend himself.
Leona is a burnout gifted kid. Instead of being insulted and told he can't be anything greater, he was praised and pushed to reach higher heights to the best of his abilities. But that lead to him having to reach their expectations and is crashing out because of the pressure.
Riddle is the same as his dream self: no rules, no strictness, nothing but freedom to do whatever he wanted. But that led to no structure, no guides on how to act or how to study for a big test. His grades are barely afloat and he's struggling to learn everything his mother never taught him.
