Yes, Bad Wolf from Doctor Who could kill Macbeth!

Bad Wolf is "an entity that Rose Tyler briefly became after staring into the heart of the Doctor's TARDIS and directly into the Time Vortex." (Quote from tardis.wiki) While there is a strong (and honestly probably canonical) case that Rose Tyler and Bad Wolf are considered separate entities, Bad Wolf is still referred to exclusively with either she/her or it/its pronouns, applying Bad Wolf for the Gender Clause regardless.

When it comes to Bad Wolf's "birth," I would say that she does apply for Unconventional Birth Clause, but probably not Birth Parent Clause, as its creation was done by Rose Tyler (a woman) and the time vortex of the TARDIS (also considered a woman, or at least she/her, in the show).

Bad Wolf is also explicitly stated has having "fate manipulation" as part of her near-omnipotent arsenal, which would mean that Bad Wolf is probably our most solid example of a classic Unique Exception we've had so far.

Yes, Alien X from Ben 10 could kill Macbeth!

Alien X is omnipotent. This is stated by characters in-universe and by creators of the show. Anything Alien X wants to become real, does become real. His only real limitation is that he is controlled by three separate consciousnesses (Bellicus, Serena, and Ben) that all need to agree before Alien X will do anything. But assuming the three do agree, Alien X can do literally anything, no questions asked.

Alien X can retroactively change it so that Ben is not a man of woman born. Alien X can retroactively change the prophecy in a way that explicitly allows for Alien X to kill Macbeth. Alien X can retroactively make it so the prophecy never existed. Alien X can retroactively make it so Macbeth never existed. But Alien X doesn't need to do any of that, because Alien X can decide that Macbeth dies, and if he does so, Macbeth will die, regardless of any prophecy in place.

Pretty solidly a Unique Exception, if you ask me.

I'm pretty sure the point of Phineas and Ferb's "Probability Field" is that it allows them to achieve the best possible outcome for their plans, not just that their plans automatically work, and I think that's a very important distinction here. Like, if Phineas and Ferb decided to speedrun Minecraft, for example, they could get the exact number of Ender Pearls that they would need from Piglin trades, but they wouldn't be able to just obtain End Portal Frames from them because that's fully impossible with the mechanics of the game.

There are many times in the show(s) where P&F are described to have done something "impossible," such as time travel, though in-universe, it's more likely that these feats were really just extremely statistically improbable. When it comes to Macbeth's prophecy, the implication is that it is entirely impossible for a man of woman born to kill Macbeth, not just statistically improbable.

So, since both of them are male and presumed to be naturally born of women, I'm inclined to say no, Phineas and Ferb from the eponymous Phineas and Ferb could not kill Macbeth.

Yes, The Bard aka Kiwi from Wandersong could kill Macbeth!

They are canonically nonbinary with any pronouns, meaning it applies for the Gender Clause (presumably; there is still the possibility that he is comfortable with being referred to with the term 'man' despite her identity as nonbinary, but I wasn't able to find any evidence that this is the case, so we will presume otherwise).

As for whether or not Kiwi counts as a Unique Exception, I wasn't able to find any information about Kiwi's relationship to fate and destiny online anywhere...

...So I bought the game and played through the entire thing in a single day so I could find out what you were talking about. ((Very good game btw, loved it, nearly made me cry, super funny, could do with about a dozen bug fixes though because I almost got softlocked 3/4 of the way through the game because apparently there's a cutscene trigger you can accidentally skip by RP walking resulting in multiple cutscenes attempting to play at once therefore not allowing you to progress. But yeah I still did really enjoy it. I love the gay monster boyfriends with my life))

Within Wandersong, there is a moment where a fortune teller attempts to look into Kiwi's future, and she finds that the universe/the goddess Eya made no plan for what Kiwi would do at all, as they were deemed insignificant to the story of the universe. The fortune teller explains that this is very unusual, as she is always able to divinate something out of any given person, and Kiwi is an anomaly in this regard. The entire plot of the game revolves around the fact that the universe is coming to an end, and Kiwi is attempting to stop it, though is told time and time again that it is impossible; the method to stop the end of the universe has rarely ever been attempted, and when it has, it has always failed. This universe is stated near the end to take place after "an infinity of infinities" of other universes, so managing to stop the universe's end is statistically completely impossible for any living creature to accomplish. Kiwi, however, is able to pull it off.

While one could probably argue that Kiwi being immune to fate and pulling off impossible feats wouldn't be able to counteract Macbeth's prophecy, I'm fully willing to say that it counts, and that Kiwi applies as a Unique Exception. This might be influenced by the fact that this is single-handedly the most research I have done into a character before, but I stand by it: they apply for the Gender Clause and as a Unique Exception.

This is definitely an interesting one to jump back in with.

Diavolo is pretty firmly a man of woman born in canon, but considering this is JJBA we're talking about, that's never why this was submitted; we need to figure out if Diavolo is a Unique Exception here.

For a brief explanation of Diavolo/King Crimson's powers: In JJBA, "Fate" is equated to a gravitational force that pushes and pulls people and objects along predestined paths automatically. King Crimson can "erase" moments in time (up to 10 seconds from when it was activated), during which Diavolo is the only one conscious, though he cannot interact with anything while everything else goes along their predestined paths. This allows Diavolo to be immune to any attack during the erased time, reposition himself to somewhere he wasn't fated to be, and be the only one who can remember what happened. Anything that he was fated to interact with still reacts in the same way, regardless of the fact that it no longer has his input. The example of this given by the video (thanks for that btw) is that if Diavolo was fated to pick up a rock and throw it, but used King Crimson to erase that moment in time, the rock would still rise up and be thrown on its own, even though Diavolo wasn't able to interact with it, with the rock being pulled along by Fate.

The (assumed) idea here is that Diavolo would be fated to attack Macbeth- let's say with a sword for the sake of simplicity- but uses King Crimson to erase the moment in time where he does so. Would the sword animating itself via Fate to attack Macbeth be able to kill him, since Diavolo technically never picked up the sword at all?

To be frank... I don't think so. If Diavolo does not use King Crimson's ability in this scenario, Macbeth survives the attack due to Diavolo being a man of woman born, and therefore unable to kill Macbeth. So, if Diavolo is fated to attack Macbeth, Diavolo is also fated to fail at killing Macbeth, right? Since the world still acts as if Diavolo was going along his fated path during the erased time, the sword would still act as if it was being wielded by a man of woman born, and would therefore still fail at killing Macbeth.

If Fate attacking Macbeth without Diavolo were able to kill him, then Fate would still be able to kill Macbeth in ANY scenario, which effectively renders the prophecy meaningless, as any attack done against Macbeth is technically done by Fate. And besides, "the forces of Fate made me kill him" probably isn't gonna hold up in court.

For the record, Diavolo has other stuff going on (precognition, an alternate personality, etc.) but I don't really think any of it comes into play nearly as much as the time erasure power, and even then it probably wouldn't work.

Darkseid from the DC Comics could... maybe kill Macbeth?

He is a man, and canonically has a mother, and I couldn't find any indication that his species gives birth in any esoteric way ((probably because the writers of these comics are cowards but whatever)), so he seems to pretty decidedly be a Man of Woman Born. The problem here comes with the Unique Exception.

Darkseid is incredibly powerful, and has been able to put people in different timelines, erase people from existence, and even make his own curses/prophecies, from what I've found in my research. I haven't seen anything explicitly saying that he can alter fate or subvert prophecies himself, but given the rest of his abilities, him having something like that in his arsenal isn't too far-fetched. Plus, just with the abilities he's already confirmed to have, he could probably find SOME way to fudge with Macbeth's prophecy, maybe by making it so the three witches (and therefore the prophecy) never existed in the first place or something like that.

I'm willing to tentatively put him down for a Unique Exception for now, but I'll still be counting this as a big maybe. Too many hypotheticals in this explanation to give a definitive verdict.

To specify, and partly because I assume you've dealt with the most basic version of that question, here's some specific permutations of that question.

Could time-traveling future Macbeth kill his old version or vice versa? Could a clone of Macbeth who's realized she's trans kill Macbeth? Could Macbeth kill himself after his parents realize they're both non-binary? Could the historical figure Macbeth kill his fictional counterpart or vice versa?

Macbeth from the Future: No. Both are man of woman born and both have the prophecy. Neither would be able to kill the other.

Trans Woman Clone of Macbeth: Yes. GC and UBC. Potentially BPC as well depending on who made the clone. If the prophecy applies to her, Macbeth would not be able to retaliate.

Suicide w/ NB Parents: Yes. Macbeth himself would then apply for BPC.

Historical Macbeth: No. H!Macbeth is a man of woman born (presumably; not much is known about the real person). H!Macbeth also does not have the prophecy, meaning F!Macbeth could retaliate and kill him.

Some more you didn't specifically ask about but would probably get brought up otherwise:

Suicide: No. Macbeth is a man of woman born. Also, Shakespeare would 100% do a scene where Macbeth has reached a breaking point and tries to end it all but finds that he physically can't.

Copy of the Script and Stage Directions for the Play Macbeth: Yes. An inanimate object and therefore genderless, also the play was originally written (not born) by William Shakespeare, a man. GC, UBC, BPC. That is, unless it is being used as a murder weapon, in which case we would analyze who set it into motion instead of the script itself.

Alternate Universe Macbeth: As long as this Macbeth is still a man of woman born, then no. Also, as long as the prophecy isn't different between the two, neither would be able to kill the other.

Specifically from a Universe where everything is the same except "No Man of Woman Born" is a name and "Macbeth" is a term meaning anybody but a man of woman born: Yes. NoManofWomanBorn would count as a Unique Exception for Macbeth, while Macbeth would also count as a Unique Exception for NoManofWomanBorn, meaning they would be able to kill each other despite both of them being man of woman born.

Suicide after legally changing his name to No Man of Woman Born: Yes. He would then be a Unique Exception for himself.
