I’m tired! I’m tired of fighting what seems to be a never ending battle. Everyday it’s something new, a new challenge or attack just to live comfortably. I can not overstand for the life of me why the government and elected officials choose money over human lives. I can’t overstand why an employer would refuse to protect and pay their workers a livable wage. Like a livable wage to SURVIVE! I can’t overstand why elected officials would deny a human’s right and access to quality healthcare after “we the people” voted for it! I’m nobody’s leader, i’m still on the front lines in the thick of this shit like everyone else. You try to talk to people to get them to care about their OWN well-being and their families. You try to show support to those who you know damn well could care less if you breathed or not. You try to educate your elders on the need for change and inclusion of young voices, leaders of our future to only receive an “oh ok, next topic.” You try to educate your peers for them to not give a damn about nothing you’re talking about unless they FEEL it directly relates to them.
