Tuesday 2 pm

this, oh, yeah, this one is canceled so just chitchat with the teacher for a bit

Tuesday 4 pm

so same teacher but the students are not there so just go get a coffee

Wednesday 10 am

Many students here, one gets a call. the teacher is in a different city. Next class with him also canceled. We all drive to the city and get tea and coffee.

Wednesday 4 pm

Class form year four and guess what: IT ACTUALLY HAPPENED!!!

After clearing the formalities with me in english she held a one and a half hour lecture in romanian. And boy can I tell you, I understood....actually quite a bit. Like every 5th word or so. But who cares about the filling words as long as you get the idea of the sentence right? It is like running an obstacle course with you brain. Organic pattern recognition - my colleagues form erlangen will understand ;-)

Today I had one class at 8 with the same teacher and it went similarly if not better. I learned about equipment for laboratory testing and the automation that is taking place. After about one hour the bulb of the projector burned out and the class was dismissed ^^

So far so good. Met many of my classmates - they seem like a fun bunch - and will get to know my erasmus buddies this afternoon.
