Two weeks ago I heard the news. It hurt. I did not know him personally, but his work had a significant and positive effect on most of my life. Knowing that he passed so suddenly did cause me to feel grief. Of course I wanted to do a tribute right away, but due to work and such I was not able to create one as quickly as I'd hoped. I hope he likes it. I don't know why this was the image that kept coming to mind when thinking of a tribue for Mr Toriyama, but it is. Thank you sir, may you rest peacefully.
