Be hold my take on the uncle Clem is general D au that was created by rare/@undergroundbillions.

In my version general Clem is followed by beloved bilindy (the yellow yum yum/bat) and Percy the policeman (fire fin) who are both now weird doll animal hybrids, I imagine that yellow yum Yum, red fang and fire fin still die (with the only difference being that fire fin dies with the other two, maybe red fang knocks over his bowl while choking on yum yum) and there souls fruse with the dolls bodies.

I imagine that Clem is a lot kinda to Marcela and tries to reassure her that death is a great inevitable honour (though he would loose his patience at moments, manly when his ring is stolen). He also has a better relationship with his henchmen and they act more like close friends that ain't afraid of throwing jabs at eachother .bilindy survives (unlike yum yum) and gets to sing he comes riding (though her version would be more out of respect than fear like wolf's was). Percy takes the place of wolf for the most part, though the fire fin scene is still there but Percy acts more like a police officer and basically tries to hold them for the general (though Andy and teddy wack him with an oar that makes him go flying causing him to get angry and start chasing them which is why they make the boat fly in this version.

At this point you're probably wondering where wolf is, well at the end when the general arrives at the doll hospital Andy (who had a tense relationship with Clem to entire time) decides to hold Clem off while the others go to the doll doctor, Andy lights a stick of dynamite and throws it at Clem, it doesn't really affect Clem but Andy is mortally wounded, Clem comforts a dying Andy and promises him a role in his army for his sacrifice, later when the general arrives in the cellar he is accompanied by a new henchman.... Andy now in a wolf like form and serving Clem.
