Applications are open for the ENGin Young Leaders Fellowship!
We're now accepting applications for ENGin's Fall 2026 Young Leaders Fellowship β Leading for Impact. The Fellowship is a selective 12-week virtual program for motivated ENGin volunteers age 13-18 who want to build real social impact β not just read about it. In interactive, engaging online sessions, you'll explore the full journey of launching and leading a social impact project - from identifying a challenge to validating solutions to making it real to scaling sustainably. And then, you'll try it yourself with our support!
As a Fellow, you will:
Attend interactive weekly Zoom workshops with a small cohort of your peers
Learn directly from ENGin's Founder & CEO, Katerina Manoff
Meet leaders of other innovative social impact projects supporting Ukrainians
Build your own social impact project from the ground up
Graduate with a certificate + recommendation letter upon request
Learn what it really takes to change the world, using ENGin's own story β from one conversation to a global nonprofit β as your guide.
This Fall, we are launching with one cohort, meeting on Sundays from 8:00PM-9:30PM Eastern time (5:00-6:30PM Pacific time) from Sept 20 to Dec 13. If you'd like to join the program but this time doesn't work well for your time zone, please let us know in your application - we will do our best to arrange alternative times depending on interest!
The program fee is $950 (USD), which includes all workshops and materials, two 1-on-1 mentoring sessions to support with your projects, a certificate and personalized recommendation letter upon request.
We invite all of our volunteers to apply at https://forms.gle/dZpEM6HLL6cQaX1TA by August 31st.
