IN CASE YOU MISSED IT. #UFC167 was explosive, with winners Rashad Evans, Tyron Woodley and of course the most talked about Georges St-Pierre! Hakkasan Las Vegas Restaurant and Nightclub brings the party with hottest DJ lineup in the city! #Vegas is better at the MGM Grand.

You can see here that the judges scored it GSP by split decision and this is where all the controversy begins. It shows that for rounds 2-5 all the judges scored the fight evenly. GSP taking 3 and 5, while Hendricks taking 2 and 4. So it seems that the round in question is the first round. Two judges gave the first round to GSP, while the other to Hendricks. Watching the fight, it could potentially be hard not to give the first round to Hendricks. Georges came out of the gate fast taking down Johnny, and almost getting the guillotine and ALMOST pulling it off. Videos are out there now showing a potential tap out by Hendricks during the guillotine attempt from GSP, but I'm not going to comment on that. After Hendricks got up out of the guillotine attempt, the round seemed to sway in his favour. He hit GSP 5 times with his elbows which put some dents in his face and also got a take down at the end of the round himself. So the question is how is that round scored? Who do you give it to? After the fight GSP battered and bruised said some comments to the world and what looked like to be possibly a hint at retirement saying he needed to ''step away for a little while''. This set of Dana White, who was already pissed off about the result of who won the fight. During the press conference, White was furious, ripping GSP for his comments about walking away. “You don’t just say ‘Hey. I’m going to take a while off and maybe I’ll be back, maybe I won’t.’ You owe it to the fans, you owe it to that belt, you owe it to this company (the UFC) and you owe it to Johnny Hendricks to give him that opportunity to fight again. Unless you’re going to retire.” After the Press conference, White came back for another scrum with the press. After talking to Georges for about 20 minutes, he said, “He wants to fight. This isn’t about fighting. It really isn’t about fighting or retiring. It was a personal problem that has him very very upset right now and I’m very confident he’s going to work it out.” At the end of the day this is a fight and usually when two people fight, who ever comes out of the fight with the least amount of damage is the winner. Tonight this wasn't the case, shown below is GSP and Hendricks after the fight, show it to your friends, show it to your family, who doesn't know anything about the UFC and ask them who they think won the fight, pretty obvious isn't it? Like I said before, God love GSP and all, but did he really deserve this fight tonight? Is this the end of an era?
