The bridge of "the cycle of rebirth": the main building at the white temple, the ubosot, is reached by crossing a bridge over a small lake. In front of the bridge are hundreds of outreaching hands that symbolize unrestrained desire. The bridge proclaims that the way to happiness is by foregoing temptation, greed, and desire. Ubosot (Ordination Hall)
Situated in the west of the main Prang, the Ubosot is a brick structure with approximate width of 14 meters and length of 33 meters, having porches both in front and back. Only the basic foundation layer has survived. There are six Sema stones (boundary marker of the consecrated area) made in the early Ayutthaya period style encircling the Ubosot.
This ubosot is just behind (west of) the Reclining Buddha.

An ubosot (commonly shortened to bot) is a building in a Buddhist wat (temple complex) that is the holiest prayer room, also called the "ordination hall" as it is where ordinations take place.
I was caught off guard by the two realistic looking statues, thinking they were real people, and it's not even the first time that's happened to me. (I've also heard of it happening to other people)
The flowers are real. i think they were there for the Yi Peng / Loi Krathong festival.
"Wat Jed Yod Ubosot"
A ubosot is the holiest prayer room in a temple complex, also called the "ordination hall" as it is where ordinations take place. (Though I can't say for sure this is ubosot, so please correct me if I'm wrong.)
I didn't get to go inside, but I was impressed by the intricate wood carving on the exterior, and the tidy "moat" of plants surrounding it.
I also found some kind of bees nest in the roof, which I'll show you in the next photo.

"Unconscious Collaboration"
Some kind of bees, adding an even finer level of detail to the intricate wood work of this roof. I'm in support of this collaboration, so long as the bees don't sting me. (they didn't)
