I will say, I think Spielberg and the studios fucked up by not following Michael Crichton's writing more closely. sure, his writing isn't the most cinematic, but I do think that's the appeal, for the most part.

Aaaah I was just scrolling down my bookmarks page to try to find the links and was reminded of The World Will Remember Us, a Hiccstrid Bonnie and Clyde au. So, so good. It's an orphaned work so can sometimes be harder to find, so let's remember it again.
