crazy how the overblot group quite literally got attacked and kidnapped by STYX and they're just like completely fine afterwards.

like they went through all that and are just fine. like minimal freaking out and then they're just like 'welp'. i mean fair enough since they couldn't really do anything else about it

even keeping their memories too like they all moved on pretty fast. zero grudges?

really liked vil in this chapter, really made me like his character so much more. and i see the cool stuff and character improvement epel has too, so i'm happy for him!

also hello rook???? new favorite character?? i just thought he was a french weirdo but he's a very capable and smart one. talk about survivability skills. i can imagine what camping with him would be like lmao. there's actually a lot to his character it's wild, and yet he's still super mysterious.

from my understanding, idia is born into a glorified trash burner job with no say over his own future. just with like extra isolation and the whole memory forgetting river. the part about him wanting to be asked what he wanted to be when he grew up :(

also really liked the shroud brothers backstory and outcome, even if i didn't really like idia a whole bunch during this chapter in the beginning. the fact that he blames himself for ortho's death just because they wanted to go on an adventure eoughh

wtf were their parents doing during those two years. i get they're also grieving but like. check on your kid??? also were idia and ortho just. not allowed to leave with parent supervision? because i got the sense that they just straight up couldn't leave at all. unless i missed something.
