Don’t overwork yourselves
Writing this as I’m about to go to pilates, after a weekend of pain, migraines and nightmares. Turns out those painful physical therapy exercises aren’t meant to be this painful, which means I’m not even flexible/strong enough to do them, and was given even easier exercises. I’m so sad about this. I thought I has making process when in reality I was just destroying my muscles.But I have to pick up myself from the ground and keep working, one step at a time. Listen to your body. It knows the best rhythm for it to go about exercise. Don’t hurt yourself, and give it some love.
