judge me all you like but looking at r/systemscringe often as a guy who runs a culture blog is a bit weird. like I keep seeing other culture blogs on there and I have never failed to locate said blogs to warn them about being posted.
guys make your bullying less obvious or draw 25 cards (I do not condone bullying. this is a joke. stop being assholes, syscringe and fakedisordercringe.) -Moros
not an unidentified plurality but just letting you know that you got posted on r/systemcringe
yeahhhhhh that happens a lot. Their standards for fakers are so ever-shifting that even JULIAN doesn’t get another bout of denial over it. *to audience* DONT FEEL BAD IF Y’ALL GET POSTED THERE!!! They just don’t like to see any kind of system, trauma/endo/willo/what-have-you having a not terrible time!!! -Dean
Slightly more than mildly inconvenient is getting a fucking anon ask on my blog saying we're not a real system because we're "endo."
We're (mostly) traumagenic. Lol. Lmfao even.
I don't blame them for not knowing we don't put that out there because lmfaoooo nobody needs to know what kind of system we are but genuinely me saying "stfu about syscourse here please I don't care" apparently makes us endo now.
Anyways non-traumagenic systems ilysm
I'm honestly surprised that this blog doesn't get us hate asks
I mean we got the honours of being posted on syscringe but that's it /hj -???
also fuck the guys who think "no syscourse here" means "obviously an endogenic system in disguise, what a faker, I ought to go into their ask box and accuse them of being a poser so it will save all the people with CDDs from being discriminated" (it will still happen regardless of the existence of endogenics) -Chenille
one thing that I've seen through my many unwilling hours of scrolling r/systemscringe is that they seem to think that EVERYONE with DID should have an innate feeling of shame towards having the disorder, and they would NEVER share about it online.
They DON'T seem to take into account that, first of all, it's a lot easier to share things online behind an anonymous face! I've shared personal things with my friends online, and posted things on tumblr, that I have not and probably will never tell anyone irl. Being online has made it easier for me personally to figure out my identity, from my queer identity to the possibility of being plural.
Secondly, do they WANT people with DID to feel ashamed all the time? Sure, it's something I'm sure a lot of pwDID feel (probably THANKS TO people LIKE the ones on syscringe who just want to make fun of people), but where in the diagnostic criteria does it say they can't or won't share or speak about their experiences?
The world changes, and people's perception of different things change too. For example, say there's a trans person who, after transition, wants to fully pass as cis and never acknowledge that they're trans. That is fine and they're valid. But so is the trans person who makes being trans a key part of their identity, who mentions that they're trans a lot, who makes tiktoks about being trans, etc.
Do we not WANT to live in a society where people don't have to be ashamed of having DID, no matter how much of a disorder it is?
I feel like requiring someone to feel shame, or else they're faking and lying, is just kind of... backwards. These people seem to want pwDID to be QUIET and UNNOTICABLE. They do NOT want to hear out real experiences- they just see something they don't like and point and laugh and call it cringe. It's gross! And i'm desensitized to it by now! You KNOW they don't want to actually spread awareness or get rid of misinformation because they have a RULE that states that pwDID are not ALLOWED to say they have DID. Supposedly because it's too much of personal information/oversharing. Because they do not want to SEE real people with DID, they do not CARE.
Final disclaimer: I do not have DID. OSDD at most, but I'm still figuring it out. I can't speak for everyone who has it, so any respectful additions to this post are more than welcome.
This is far from my usual posting style but I did have a shower thought and had to get this out.

⟡ ;; 🦇 rant's
im not gonna show the post but I went on r/systemcringe cuz idk I'm a masochist (joking joking).
but we saw a post that said someone just doesn't believe it even ppl say their a system or plural cause well it's a disorder... gang people with a disorder can use different language to refer to themselves...
coming from someone with multiple disorders.. I have depression, social and general anxiety, CPTSD... I don't care if someone says their traumatized or whatever fucking else.
be so fucking fr, js say your a singlet that doesn't think that any CDD/OSDD/DID is real.
Tw mentions of Syscringe, graphic descriptions of a stereotypical mentally ill person.
Mentions of shit too.
Watching the systems cringe reddit say DID isnt a joke when theyre on a subreddit specifically made to make fun of people with DID
