I love soda. I try not to keep it in the house because I will drink it without any control. I've been just trying to be mindful about it. I have a family history of awful teeth and have been told by my rheumatologist and dental hygienists I have a higher chance of losing teeth as I get older. I went to longhorn with my mom today and they have pibb which is my favorite and the only place I can ever find it and I can slam a few of those bad boys down while I'm there. I go to this particular location once every two/three months with my mom but the waitress remembers us and is amazing. She brought out my first refill and usually she just keeps them coming but when she brought the first refill I said I'm keeping it to two today. She brought me out water when I was half way done with my second one just in case. There's no real reason for this post other than reminding myself I can have some kind of balance in life.
