so I've been thinking about SEO a lot lately 🧠
building my site right now and diving deep into SEO here's whats really making sense to me:
the basics that still matter a lot:
site speed. Compress your images use lazy loading don't let JavaScript block everything
mobile-first always. Most people are using their phones to browse
schema markup ( called structured data). It helps search engines actually know what your page is about not just guess
do you need GEO or AEO too??
to be honest. Yes but its not some big scary thing. If you're already creating content that answers questions well and naturally ( of just stuffing keywords like it was 2015) you're basically doing AEO already. AI tools like ChatGPT and Googles AI Overviews take info from pages that really explain things clearly.
tl;dr: structure + fast loading + real useful content = you're handling SEO and most of AEO and GEO without making them feel like problems
are there other people also really, into building websites right now? 👀
