Locking Previous Periods on the Calendar

If you’re worried about staff or teachers making changes to lessons or events that have already been completed, invoiced and included in payroll then using the Calendar Lock feature will will be helpful.

The calendar lock feature allows you to prevent lessons and non-teaching events from being edited, added or deleted on or before a specific date.  You can set this date on your Account Settings…
