but what if cas did the same with dean?

he befriends some of the other pto mom’s at jack’s school, they get brunch together, have book clubs, and trade everything from recipes to their favorite wines to stories about their spouses

susan talks about how caleb her killed her day lilies again, michelle tells them about how jillian wants to paint another room in the house, and cas talks about the time dean nearly burned the kitchen down when he got too wrapped up in that night’s episode of the bachelorette

and cas loves to talk about dean. he talks about how good he is with jack, that time dean took cas to the big farmer’s market a couple hours away, how much he loves his car. he talks about how dean loves fiercely, feels deeply, and cares for the whole earth as if that’s a bearable weight on his shoulders

and since cas loves dean, and the other moms hear about him through cas, they love dean too

what i’m getting at is this: cas’s car is in the shop so dean has to pick him up from brunch. the other moms are outside absolutely buzzing, eyeing the road for the car—it has to be electric if he cares that much about the earth, cheryl—waiting to meet cas’s sweet sensitive husband

and then this obnoxious loud muscle car pulls up. the driver leans out the window, sliding off his sunglasses, and gives a lazy smile. afternoon, ladies. i’m here to pick up an angel if you’ve seen one

cheryl preens under the attention. what? she’s recently divorced and the guy is hot. susan and michelle roll their eyes. honestly, the nerve of some men

behind them, cas sighs. hello, dean. he walks past the moms, his book in hand and an amused smile on his face

hey, baby. dean leans further out the window for a kiss. the ladies gape as cas leans down to return the kiss before rounding the car to the passenger seat.
