This drawing is of a sea turtle, a reptile that's currently endangered. This is mainly due to people slaughtering them for their skins, shells and eggs, but also predation of their eggs and young by other animals. The World Wildlife Fund is busy trying to save these creatures from the ravages of profiteering, but is facing an uphill struggle.
