Bentley is one of Sly's best friends and a member of his team, the Cooper Gang! He's the brains of the operation, helping plan out heists and providing useful intel, but if needed he can get out there in the field and provide his services as a hacker!

He's initially pretty timid and a shut-in, and is paranoid and realistic about mission outcomes rather than optimistic, though he does always remain assured of his own brainpower. But as he goes out into the field more and more for missions, he grows more confident. Eventually he becomes outright brash, not hesitating to directly and painfully attack enemies, and gaining a snarky streak that rivals Sly's. Still, he tends to panic when he has to come up with a plan on the fly, as he prefers work only when he has all the details.
