Ingredients: 1 lb ground chicken. 1/2 lb ground turkey. 1/4 cup finely chopped onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme. 1/2 teaspoon dried sage. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon black pepper. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
Instructions: Put chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, dried thyme, dried sage, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl. Then add ground chicken and ground turkey. Mix everything together well. Make patties out of the mixture that are the size you want. Set a pan on medium heat and add the olive oil. The patties should be cooked in the pan for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and cooked all the way through. Enjoy while hot!
