I'd say this describes it pretty well

As they grow only getting more demanding, pinning me down with their growing gut, being enveloped by their immense softness. Unable to do anything but be used by them, they have needs that have to be satisfied and now because of *me* they need to find a release them. Being told how good I am, how doting and caring I am, and how good a job I’ve done making them grow as they use me as they see fit, as I’m weighed down under them.
