Mr. Tree! Here’s a little gif that made for a Tulipop contest. Tulipop is this cute & creepy toy/homeware/clothing line in Iceland. Their stuff was everywhere when I went to Reykjavik a few months ago and they just started selling their stuff stateside in Hot Topic.
Icelandic lifestyle brand Tulipop is extending its brand with the help of DHX Media’s kids’ network, WildBrain, which will create an animated web series set for launch on a global Tulipop YouTube Channel in early summer.
“The web series is co-written by Tobi Wilson (The Amazing World of Gumball), and is being developed in collaboration with Ken Anderson of Red Kite Animation. Inspired by Iceland’s rich fairytale tradition, Tulipop is created by illustrator Signy Kolbeinsdottir and launched in 2010 with the help of her best friend, Helga Arnadottir.
