Tea-time Teté-a-Teté | Petra & Susan
It was raining, a common problem as autumn began to set in, the humidity from the sea and the slight chill in the air bringing moisture which Petra had grown somewhat unaccustomed to. For reasons she could not explain, the isles she had just visited were less rainy and more muggy, the sun doing the opposite than what it did on the mainland.
She had just returned late the night before, and had woken up too late to meet Susan before she went about her day. After meeting Princess Elia, she had continued on her search to find the queen - with the Galmans letter in hand. What it contained, Petra was half tempted to find out herself, but as she was still in a corridor it would not do to open a letter addressed to the queen without her around.
Petra was near giving up, and returning back to Queen Susan' s wing she was about to go to get chambers to do... something. In a last check, she decided to check the Queens quarters again in case the woman had returned. Her efforts were rewarded by the sight of a dark head of hair stooping over her desk. "Ah!" She exclaimed with a bright smile after seeing the Queen was alone. "There you are! I've been looking all over for you."
